There has been a Methodist presence on the corner of Kingsdown Avenue for about 100 years. Many thousands have found God in the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Kingsdown and so have been encouraged and equipped to lead fuller lives. On Sunday at 10.30 the Church family gather together to join in traditional Sunday worship.  Crèche and Junior Church during the Service. The 6.30 service is quieter and more reflective.

Spencer Perceval is the only British Prime Minister to have been assassinated. It is the sister Church of St. Martin's in West Acton.
